Happy Customer! Chris was very knowledgeable & great! I told him what I wanted & he Exceeded my expectations. Once everything was wrapped up Cedric made sure I was go Chris was very knowledgeable & great! I told him what I wanted & he Exceeded my expectations. Once everything was wrapped up Cedric made sure I was good & got me on my way. I got the car I wanted & my entire process took less than 2 hours. Rude People I bought a car from these people, and i wasnt satisfied with the customer service. Although I loved my vehicle that I purchased from them. My car ran I bought a car from these people, and i wasnt satisfied with the customer service. Although I loved my vehicle that I purchased from them. My car ran hot and i had to take it in for repairs at a place that was 60 miles from home because that is where they sent me. Got there around 8 in the morning. Waited til 12:30 to find out its the water pump and a belt. Oh and I forgot to mention the diagnostic was 65.00 dollars. So they it will take a couple of hours to repair and you can be on your way. Ok great ! by 1:30 it was we fixed your car and test drove it and its the transmission!! I was in the middle of nowhere i had to get a 55 uber to the car rental. Waited 8 days to get a call out of the blue saying my car was ready and that they close at six. took me two hours to get there thru rush hour. Made it there at 6:04 and was met with rudeness. I will make double payments to be done with this place as fast as possible. Everyone has a terrible attitude! More

They give people the run around. I've been there twice and they still have not fixed my vehicle. I had a print out from Kia Dealership of what my car needs, they claimed that they did I've been there twice and they still have not fixed my vehicle. I had a print out from Kia Dealership of what my car needs, they claimed that they didn't find that issue!! I honestly don't think they ever checked my vehicle for any issues. My car was parked on the side the whole 3hrs that i was there! More
