Do not refer people to this dealership!!! I referred my friend to this dealership she was approved and decided to get a car from another US Auto dealership. I was told that the salesman that e I referred my friend to this dealership she was approved and decided to get a car from another US Auto dealership. I was told that the salesman that entered the information would have to do the referral. My friend and I went back and forth with the salesman. Finally he sent me the forms to fill out and I did. I called and emailed him every other day and when I said that I was coming to the dealership he then said that his manager said that I couldn't get the referral because she purchased online which was not true because I had already talked to the other dealer. A referral is a referral!! I have received a referral before from this company no hassle no problems. This situation has been over two months and I will never get another car from them nor refer my other friends. Stop advertising referrals and you cant deliver. I had an excellent experience with getting my fee before this time has been a headache. I was wanting to get another car from them after i pay mine out but after the round round that I have been given this time I'll go elsewhere. More

Go in ng through financial hardship and couldn't pay the car note on time. They cut my car off and then when I call to get an extension they ask for paperwork to see if they can grant it. So here I am can't go to work, possibly will be terminated because I have to call off. Then I'm paying 25,000 for a 2009 Kia sorento that had 118,000 miles on it when I purchased it. Went back and fourth to the dealership and service cent when I bought it because when it rain outside it rain inside. Problem never was fixed so I gave up.... More

A word to the wise. Hello, I purchased a Suburban in 2014 and when I had it only two days my wife took it to the car wash. The car wash flooded the inside of the vehicle Hello, I purchased a Suburban in 2014 and when I had it only two days my wife took it to the car wash. The car wash flooded the inside of the vehicle. They promised to fix the liner and sunroof and make it right. They did not and ignored further requests. Two months down the road I drove to Arizona with this vehicle and the transmission fell out literally. It took them three weeks to approve and pay for a new transmission which in the meantime I sat in a hotel which cost me three thousand dollars for the three weeks I waited. Furthermore the battery continuously drained and was worse in the winter( I buy marine grade batteries) The passtime tech told me this is a common issue Moving on, I moved to Montana and needed the title for tags, it took six months for the company to send them... this meant no car for six months which I paid for each month. This past year My wife had become ill, her mother died and I had wage garnishment from my previous employer going bankrupt and listing me 1099 which I gave U.S. auto all of this information. They also said I had no insurance which I sent in several times (please note that I got my car tags, This means I had to have insurance) This gets good... after owning and repairing and dealing with this vehicle I paid 30,000 dollars so far I owed 5000.00 . Te decide to reposes this vehicle for 30 days behind. I constantly communicated with Us auto and told them I was able to pay mid june. They repoed it at the beginning of June. They refused to take a payment of 500 dollars after they repossess it as well. For those that want concrete evidence of this I am more than happy to share documented paperwork and picture proof of all of this. My advice to everyone is to not walk but run from this place! For anyone that has a similar experience and would like to contact me reply here and we will go from there. Ask yourselves this why would a company that has a passtime device on a vehicle reposes especially when said customer only owed around 5000.00 dollars. ask yourselves that before thinking about buying here. More
Crooks My husband went here and purchased a 2012 dodge avenger, he only had it 6 months and the gear got stuck in park, went in to dealership and they charge My husband went here and purchased a 2012 dodge avenger, he only had it 6 months and the gear got stuck in park, went in to dealership and they charged him $60 to look at it and they didnt do anything and stated it wasn't under warranty, second time brakes lights when out and again they charged $60 and stated it wasn't under warranty and did nothing. Car has had so many problems and he only had it 6 months..they will not help you please stay far away from these people!! More

Then I asked For a different rep he helped me but the day of me picking my car up he didn’t have my car cleaned or put the gas in it like he didn’t believe I was coming to pay my down payment. & then I came back the next day to get my car looked at & the service department kept telling me they couldn’t do it & then I informed them I had Just got my car & then a gentleman then stated he could help me and get my car fixed. I felt This was the worse experience ever. More

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LEGAL CROOKS They buy auction cars and sell them for double it’s value. Please let this be a warning...I don’t know who gives this company a great review perhaps employees or people that JUST bought a car. And they will notice after a few months how corrupt this place is. Clients often called cops or the news in this dealership. Do your research please...and stay far away no matter how bad you need a car. Try to find a co-signer and go to a great dealership that will give you a great warranty on the vehicle you purchase. Not like the one they give you where you have to pay amounts of money on top and let’s not even get started about their service. More
