WARNING WARNING WARNING !! PLEASE READ THIS !!! NEVER EVER !! I MEAN NEVER EVER ! GET A CAR FROM US AUTO SALES !! THE TRACKER ON MY CAR KEEPS MALFUNCTIONING!! I WAS OUT OF WORK FOR 4 DAYS BECAUSE IT NEVER EVER !! I MEAN NEVER EVER ! GET A CAR FROM US AUTO SALES !! THE TRACKER ON MY CAR KEEPS MALFUNCTIONING!! I WAS OUT OF WORK FOR 4 DAYS BECAUSE IT CONTINUED TO MALFUNCTION AND UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS THE WEEKEND AND IT WAS A HOLIDAY SO THEY WHERE CLOSED AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSED THAT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE !! THEY DO NOT EVEN TRY TO HELP YOU ! THEY ARE EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE THAT THEY INCONVENIENCE YOU!! THEY ARE DISGUSTING AND I WOULD NKT RECOMMEND ANYONEEEEEE GO PURCHASE A CAR FROM THERE! THERE ARE HIDDEN FEES AS WELL ! NEVERRRRRRR GET A CAR FROM THEM! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY A TUAKLY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS! MY CAR IS ALREADY HAVING ISSUES AS WELL AND I ONLY HAD IT 3 MONTHS! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I hope this company rots in xxxx I was in the car process of car buying (in a city where I have no family or friends) so I had to uber to the dealership ($30 to/$30 back) the first ti I was in the car process of car buying (in a city where I have no family or friends) so I had to uber to the dealership ($30 to/$30 back) the first time up here no one is there to assist me at all and I wait from 3:30pm till they close (constantly getting the run around) so the Manager at the Jacksonville Florida location on Blanding tells me that he will make sure once my deal goes through that he will make sure the car I purchase is filled up completely for my wait. The next time I go up to the dealership none of the cars I wanted were available and they reassured me that if I picked something off of the website that they would be able to have it sent to Jacksonville from Lawrenceville. I paid them $500 to hold the car and for it to be transported to Jacksonville, where I would pay my additional amount owed to drive off. I was trying to buy this car and also still had to get to work!! So I’m paying for Uber/Lyft. I was told my car was going to be in ASAP and was being submitted to go on the list for transport and by Tuesday of that next week I would have my car. That was a lie. It took me 2 weeks to get my car and I ended up hearing from the sales guy Jamal that the reason why I didn’t have my car was because the Manager was mad because I wasn’t showing him any attention. (The sexual harassment from the men at this dealership was disgusting!! Every time I came in there it was just like I was a piece of meat) anyways the guy that I was doing the deal with claims he had to pay one of his coworkers to go and pick my car up xxxx near 4-5 hours away and then drive it back to Jacksonville. I came in to the dealership as soon as I found out they had my car. I paid the additional money and was off (I never got my car filled up like the manager promised - HIS WORD NOT MINE !) He didn’t try to put anything in the car but $10 (my car took 93 premium) so my salesman waited on my car to get back with the $10 being put in and also gave me $20 cash in my hand; before I pulled off I asked the same question that I had asked since day one: “Are you guys sure that this car is in good condition?” - they reassured me like all lying salesman would do and said oh no you’re good ! This car is good. It was okay at first driving my new car for the first few months, my car started driving roughly and not accelerating fully. I had a 2013 Infiniti G37. It’s no way that this car was supposed to move so slow and sluggishly. This was my 2nd Infiniti G37. I finally stopped getting harassing calls/texts from my salesman. My key stopped working to the car. I have a push button start and so I would have to put the key in the fob station inside the car below the steering wheel. I let US Auto know. They did nothing. I tried to replace the battery. Nothing helped the key. It just didn’t read the car or the car didn’t read the key anymore. The customer service at US AUTO is disgusting. I’ve never been talked to like that from a company. Their attitudes are so nasty. The tone that they will have on the phone with them like you are bothering them. Nonchalant. Just rude. My car wouldn’t start after 3 months of having it. I had to let it sit after I had gotten a boost off , that wasn’t the problem. Then for some reason the car just cut on after 45 mins and I was able to get home (need I remind you I was in the parking lot at my job after working a 12 hour shift!) I took the car to O’Reilys and had them hook up their diagnostic. Nothing was popping up on my screen in my car saying that anything was wrong but O’Reilys found about 4 codes off and the check engine light had come on. I was off for 3-4 days so when it was time to go back to work, I hadn’t been driving the car but I crunk the car up and the check engine light was gone and the car ran fine outside of the roughness and the tires sounding like they are about to fall off. I had taken the car to be checked out at the tire place and they reassured me that nothing was wrong and that I didn’t need any tires just yet. The car cut off on me a week later from when it first cut off. I was at work getting off again. A key icon came on my dash and the check engine light came on as well. I called Us Auto for a tow and set it up to have the car towed to my house. Then all of a sudden after almost 3 hours the car starts and the tow truck driver was actually about to pull in, I had to call the DOWC agents back to let them know to cancel the tow. I was able to make it home. I cut the car on and back off and did this a few times. No issues. Even though I was still contacting US Auto regarding the problem. I got no help whatsoever from them. Not even the run around. Just no help. I just prayed and I didn’t have any issues until September 2019. I was dropping off a friend and the car just stopped accelerating. It was barely moving. It was making a weird noise and just stopped. It started overheating and smoking and this was at 11pm-12am ! I was stuck stranded in the car with my dog. The police pull up and check on me and assist me. By that time the car had cooled down and I was able to try and get it close to my home (still not knowing what was wrong). The car stopped again but at the stoplight before my street. I had to wait on another cop because the battery had drained out all the way. I needed a boost but this time. The car just wasn’t moving. The police gave me and my dog a ride home. I set up a tow truck to come pick my car up and an hour later as soon as I had got settled in the bed. The DOWC people that work with US Auto call me to say the tow truck driver is 15 mins away and that he’ll need the key. So I had to jump out of my bed and walk to the car to meet the tow truck driver. The battery was dead but the car was able to be opened using the emergency key. He hooked the car up and took me home then dropped my car off at a shop. He called me back to let me know where it was and said I might want to find someone else to fix my car. To make a long story short my car has been towed 3x in 3 weeks. It’s been to two shops. No help at all from US Auto. The auto repair shop tried to charge me $165 for pouring some gasket sealer in the car which I paid $65 for with my own money. The first shop told me to get it. I’ve dealt with the most racist individuals, rude, disgusting individuals. No help from US Auto but I have received calls from them asking was I making a payment. I’ve lost my job because I have no way back and forth to work. I put money into this vehicle and my Uber costs were $50 a day to get to work. Which I didn’t have. I tried calling them to tell them I’m surrendering the car and I had a b***h from xxxx on the line with me and she sat and told me if I didn’t know the name of the shop she was submitting my paperwork as an involuntary repossession. I hung up, called back and spoke to someone else. I hate this company and everything they stand for. I’ve lost so much and wasted money. I paid $560 a month and no help !!? I pray the people in charge and policy holders rot in h*ll !! Before I forget ... I got my car March 8th 2019. The car needs a new engine replacement as of September 24th 2019. Makes no sense. I barely had this car 6 months !!! It was sold in a crappy condition. All the levels were good on the car , nothing was off on y screen up until that night and two dealerships told me it was the gaskets. Might as well do a new motor. More

Warranty Issued I purchased my 2015 Chevy Equinox in 2017 had no problems for 2 yrs. Had a problem with my car but corporate could not find my warranty. It took 2 days and finally Cedric Danford General Manager straightened everything out. He went above and beyond impeccable customer service. I cannot say enough that is why we have two (2) vehicles from USAuto and I will recommend anyone to see Cedric. More
No extension on car note This is the worst car dealership ever! They don’t even give you and extension on your car note unless you have been with them for 6 months!!!
