Been coming here for years and had no issues until recently. I went here as I had a recall notice and went to service my car. They provided me with a rental for the day which was fine, however, I aske recently. I went here as I had a recall notice and went to service my car. They provided me with a rental for the day which was fine, however, I asked if my car will be complete that day. I spoke with Manny at Service desk. He said yeah more than likely they will complete by end of day. I informed him that I have a job training in Chicago, and needed my car, as I did not want to take rental next day for Chicago. He said should’ve completed by end of day. I also wanted an oil change to which he said was no a problem. He was able to provide me insight that my car shield was impacted and needed a replacement, and he could get me estimates. I said sure not a problem, yes to get estimates and thank you for letting me know. However, I did not receive any contact so I reached out. I asked if there were any updates on the car as I have not heard; and manny got sassy and said “I texted you already. At this time and again this time.” And informing me that my car will need to be there another day. Again I needed my car, and did not feel comfortable taking a rental car to Chicago, for my job, that I need… but clearly he did not care more seemed concerned. He was rude and disrespectful. So when I left work, I received the texts, as I must’ve been in a bad spot of signal, but I received the texts of status update after the phone call. Again could’ve been bad signal, however I did not need to be talked to like that or disrespected. Who does that?! Calls me around 12:30 next day to pick up my car… yeah thanks did not go to Chicago for my training and got in trouble with my job, so thank you for that Manny. Went to go pick up car, and guess what, no freakin estimates on the xxxx shield, car was all the way on side, (which normally they move to the front of building), and no freakin air in my tires after he said they top off all liquids and will put air in my tires. You know what, I don’t think I will be returning to Tyson Motors anymore for any services or oil changes. I was going to purchase a new car as I finished paying my car last month, but being treated rudely, and was told my car was going to be complete end of day as I stressed about needing my car for work to drive to the city, I think I will look else where to purchase a vehicle. More
