We bought a used vehicle, but we were not sure if a transmission flush had ever been done. Service, carefully inspected the vehicle before proceeding. The Service Manager was able to get my car fixed for an upcoming road trip. I am going through some extensive medical issues and I explained that I needed my car for a road trip out of state before the tre upcoming road trip. I am going through some extensive medical issues and I explained that I needed my car for a road trip out of state before the treatments starts to see my son and grandsons. He personally followed up on my lifetime warranty and got the car fixed in record time. He kept me informed with the progress and assured me that all safety items were addressed to insure I had no issues on my trip. To say that I was pleased with the service is an understatement. More

They wanted to charge almost $400 for diagnostics and wouldn’t apply it toward repairs. We purchased from Tyson and have used them for previous maintenance and repairs. Try to upsell you, finance guy is a liar… flat tire and nobody to help. Glad I spent so much money there. Never again will buy a vehicle from there or go for service. We had scheduled a repair that was covered under warranty. On the day of they called, apparently the employee who had spoke with us and previously checked the car part number to confirm it was cover warranty. On the day of they called, apparently the employee who had spoke with us and previously checked the car part number to confirm it was covered was no longer employed with them. They went further stating that they couldn't find the information that he allegedly didn't submit in the computer. I felt like I had to prove to them that my wife and I were there the weeks prior with our car. I decided to go elsewhere to have the repair done. When I went to Tyson to pick my car up they gave me keys to another customer's car. Once that was straightened out they told me my car was parked in the side lot outside the service bay. After walking out in the rain and unable to locate my car I had to come back in. They found it parked in the back on the other side. Find somewhere else to go....it was a waste of time. More
