Even though he shared the cold hard facts, he came across as compassionate of my situation. I also, liked not being given misleading info. If he did not know an answer to question he found out the answer or simple acknowledge he did not know. Regarding the work performed time will tell. More

Poor service Made an appointment to get my car checked for a noise it was making, even showed them the noise it was making and 2 days later no word from them. Called them and to follow up to see what was going on and they still didn’t have a answer for me, they couldn’t even tell me if my car had been checked yet! They told me they would call me the next day, waited all day and once again didn’t hear from them, all they could tell me is that they were really busy, I tried giving them as much time as possible but when they told me they still didn’t know what was going on with my car I told them I was going to just pick it up and when I went in they just told me nothing was wrong with my car! 3 days to tell me my car was ok when I can clearly hear the noise plus my car is only 1 year old! Definitely won’t be going back! More

Horrible Service Brought my Wrangler in for a check engine light. Dropped the car on Sunday afternoon (so wo an appt). Received a call on Monday am advising they recei Brought my Wrangler in for a check engine light. Dropped the car on Sunday afternoon (so wo an appt). Received a call on Monday am advising they received my key and note with the issue. Said they would take a look and let me know, but not that day. I called Tuesday afternoon to get a status. Still had not looked at it. No big deal. Called Friday late afternoon and was told that since I'd dropped the car wo an appt, it is not uncommon for the vehicle to sit for up to 2 1/2 wks or longer before it would be evaluated. Mind you, this is all warranty. Phoned to pick the car up on Saturday to take it elsewhere and was told the battery is now dead, the engine coolant had leaked out as well as the transmission fluid. It is undriveable. Wow. The service guy said he would now escalate my ticket to first thing Monday morning(now into the next week). I called Monday right before lunch and was told it still had not been looked at and to maybe wait until 4pm that day or Tuesday by lunch. I phoned on Tuesday (why am I the one calling?)at lunch and guess what......no one has looked at it. Received a call around 2pm on Tuesday and was told to pick it up after 4pm. Since the battery was not under warranty (maintenance) and neither was the oil change (also maintenance) I could not get a final total of the bill except for the beforehand knowledge that I have a $100 deductible for the warranty. Really???? When I went to pick up the car well after 4pm, the paperwork never made it to the cashier. That was a 20 minute stand around whats your name, please spell your name, what kind of car, and who told you to come, wait. Geez. And lastly, I never received an apology and my bill was $526.50. Thanks. More

I was pleasantly surprised at the short wait, the friendliness of the service people and their attention to details. The service associate that waited on me kept me up to date on all progress and diagnosis. The actual time for checking in and getting my car back was reasonable for the problem that my Jeep had. More

And my truck is still making the same noise after four weeks into service. So I am bringing it back as soon as possible or they are going to come and get it with a tow truck More
