We purchased a Pacifica from Tyson in August 2016. We also purchased the maintenance plan and the extended warranty knowing we would have the vehicle for a few years and thought establishing a relatio We also purchased the maintenance plan and the extended warranty knowing we would have the vehicle for a few years and thought establishing a relationship with the dealer would be good. However, oil changes through their express lane takes an appointment and 3-4 hours. I have another brand of vehicle and take it to the dealership for service and oil changes and a complete multipoint maintenance only takes 45-60 minutes. Being busy people, we don't have 3-4 hours to wait for basic service. Lastly, we took the vehicle in last July for an HVAC issue. They fixed the HVAC, but we noticed our driver door was damaged. My wife called the dealer and sent numerous e-mails and pictures. The service department management either changed personnel or kept handing us off, but never replied nor did they solve the issue. So, I reported it to Chrysler, and that was equally as worthless as they stated it had to be dealt with at the dealer level and they could do nothing for us. So, we have a damaged door which is one of three marks on the car. I was promised by folks of which I could name, but will not that it would be fixed. Be warned, this is an irresponsible and poorly ran dealership. I base this on being in a sales/marketing position in the industry, and those whom value a customer fix issues and run efficient dealerships. We will not purchase from them again, and we have taken maintenance business to another Chrysler dealer. More

Have been taking my Wrangler here for at least four years and they have been great, and the people we had contact with where always very helpful and went above and beyond to help us.
