I Called the customer service manager Tony in regards to the warranty. Tony did not want to be bothered and did not answer my question. Tony was rude and did not let me finish a sentence. We have bought 2 jeeps from here and never ever will we buy from there again or service any car there ever! We are going to the Jeep dealer elsewhere. Our jeep was scheduled for service Monday and not only did they keep our car a few days to fix the air conditioning but when we picked up the car and drove away our radio was not working. So it was something THEY did. They were to call us and advise us when we can come back so they can fix what they did and they never called! So after waiting several days we called today. Just hands down the worst service department ever and you would think someone would come out and apologize or call and apologize. NOPE, nobody every said anything. We called today and they simply said the part is not in. Would of been nice of someone called. Whenever we discuss anything Tyson Shorewood with ANYONE they all say the same thing, dont buy your car there. So we started purchasing from another jeep dealer. More
