Every interaction with this service department has been so unprofessional. They promise to call and don’t. They don’t know what they are doing. We had parts ordered and we scheduled service once parts were so unprofessional. They promise to call and don’t. They don’t know what they are doing. We had parts ordered and we scheduled service once parts were in and they had the car for three days and when you call they said they were diagnosing the problem and I said no that was done last time you had our car for three days. Now you are installing the new parts. They give you false information constantly and management is not any better. Stay away from this place and take your hard earned money elsewhere. My most recent visit they took all day to replace passenger mirror and they knew I was waiting and had an appointment for two weeks prior. When it was finally finished after 3pm they told me it was finished and I picked up my keys and went outside to get vehicle and the parked it the farthest place in lot in back of dealership by rear fence when they knew I was there picking it up. Phone calls are very unprofessional. Horrible , horrible service. Please stay away!!!. More

Even the parts personnel have been great.
