My main dealings were with Lucas McGrew from the initial ordering (in May 2022) thru the closing of the purchase of the vehicle on December 1, 2022. He was very conscientious with me and thru phone calls at ordering (in May 2022) thru the closing of the purchase of the vehicle on December 1, 2022. He was very conscientious with me and thru phone calls attempted to keep me informed of the build status. Both Lucas and the Larry Holcombe, the finance manager worked with me most of the day as I was attempting to get my bank, Bank of America to provide the pre-approved financing. The problem was BOA would NOT provide the financing (at the last minute) because Tyson motors is not on their list of approved dealers. As a result Larry Holcombe procured financing thru another bank very quickly and we finalized the deal to all our satisfactions. I would be happy to work with these gentlemen in the future if the need arises for another new car purchase. Along with theses two gentlemen Aaron Lang also helped keep me up to date on the build process. I wish them all continued success in the future. More
