I had a great experience ordering my New Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Tyson Motors. Tim was great to work with. I can be difficult when it comes to finding a new car ( I am very picky). I was trading in my 2019 Chevy Traverse because I wanted something with a better engine but comparable in size and space. I had come in a few different times looking at Dodge Durango's, but I just could not find anything that was catching my eye. Tim is very friendly, and a great listener. He was very patient with me and helped me find that perfect SUV. I never would've considered a Jeep Grand Cherokee until Tim showed me one in their lot. I was sold on the Model but I wanted a few upgrades. I brought my husband in the next day and we ordered one right away. Tim made the ordering process very easy, and kept me up to date with any updates as the vehicle was being built. Picking the car up was even easier than ordering it. I have Never owned a Jeep Grand Cherokee before so Tim took the time explaining the different options in the car, he helped me get connected with all the apps, and helped me set up the the driver settings in the car itself. My Grand Cherokee is absolutely beautiful. It is a perfect vehicle for a family, who wants luxury and power all in one.
