My experience in buying a vehicle was quick and straight forward. Very courteous staff and overall great experience. Salesman JR Neilis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and presented it well. We had scheduled a repair that was covered under warranty. On the day of they called, apparently the employee who had spoke with us and previously checked the car part number to confirm it was cover warranty. On the day of they called, apparently the employee who had spoke with us and previously checked the car part number to confirm it was covered was no longer employed with them. They went further stating that they couldn't find the information that he allegedly didn't submit in the computer. I felt like I had to prove to them that my wife and I were there the weeks prior with our car. I decided to go elsewhere to have the repair done. When I went to Tyson to pick my car up they gave me keys to another customer's car. Once that was straightened out they told me my car was parked in the side lot outside the service bay. After walking out in the rain and unable to locate my car I had to come back in. They found it parked in the back on the other side. Find somewhere else to go....it was a waste of time. More

I've been buying vehicles here since 2013 for good reason! I've stayed loyal to Tyson because of 6 of the guys that work here and run the dealership. Tim Giacomi is the only salesman that I ever deal reason! I've stayed loyal to Tyson because of 6 of the guys that work here and run the dealership. Tim Giacomi is the only salesman that I ever deal with, Larry Holcombe or Aaron Lang are the managers, both are fair and no nonsense. JP in finance makes the close easy and as far as service, Franco and Doug are as solid as it gets in service. I just bought my 9th truck since 2013 and not even going to mention all the vehicles for my wife also, and as long as the guys mentioned above are working here, I'm not going anywhere else. I have had only a very small numbers of issues through the years, and everyone was handled professionally. More
