They wanted to charge almost $400 for diagnostics and wouldn’t apply it toward repairs. We purchased from Tyson and have used them for previous maintenance and repairs. Went in on Thursday 6/1/23 to look at a 2018 Ram 1500 Bighorn, great truck ! There was a problem with the backup camera but it was fixed the very next day. Try to upsell you, finance guy is a liar… flat tire and nobody to help. Glad I spent so much money there. Never again will buy a vehicle from there or go for service.
