The Service Manager was able to get my car fixed for an upcoming road trip. I am going through some extensive medical issues and I explained that I needed my car for a road trip out of state before the tre upcoming road trip. He personally followed up on my lifetime warranty and got the car fixed in record time. He kept me informed with the progress and assured me that all safety items were addressed to insure I had no issues on my trip. To say that I was pleased with the service is an understatement. More

They wanted to charge almost $400 for diagnostics and wouldn’t apply it toward repairs. We purchased from Tyson and have used them for previous maintenance and repairs. Went in on Thursday 6/1/23 to look at a 2018 Ram 1500 Bighorn, great truck ! There was a problem with the backup camera but it was fixed the very next day.
