I was looking for a new 2012 jeep liberty 4x4 in red or green with options suitable to my needs. I visted three dealers and spoke with four additional dealers over the phone. Dealing with people in sales.Some spoke to me in a condescending tone. other where miss informed. I was told by one that I had to buy only what was on his lot. He would not even look for anything else. Some said the options I wanted are not to be found on a jeep already built. I asked if thay would increase the search area and I would pay for shiping Still the same responce. Then one of them said why dont I have one built, she said it would only take 6 to 8 weeks to build. She had a fare price. The wife was at work talking with fellow workers about the jeep , one said did you try Tyson of Shorewood yet. that night I called Tyson and spoke with JP he said to come in and he could match or beat there price. When we arrived we were greeted by JP with a heart felt welcome. WE spoke of the jeep and the build time he told me that the plant would close for chirstmas and would not be 6 to 8 weeks but possible much longer. I could'nt wait that long... we begin to speak of the options I wanted. within ten min he found what I was looking for at another dealers lot!! With the price tag that was right on my mark. Not even 19 hours later It was there for me to pick up. JP seamed to be great family man with good values. I hope he stays in sales. I would buy all my future chyslers from him. Tyson is my kind of place no hassles, gimmicks or scams . Just good service. More
I went to this dealership after visiting one other. I was looking for a tan color 2012 4door Jeep Wrangler. I saw one that I liked on Tyson's website. Although it had already been sold by the time I got ther looking for a tan color 2012 4door Jeep Wrangler. I saw one that I liked on Tyson's website. Although it had already been sold by the time I got there, JP worked with me to explore other options. Since there were none to be had in the color I wanted, I asked him to search for one in white with a black hard top. He located one, worked with me on finacning, and a trade in on my 2005 2door Jeep Wrangler. When the Jeep that I wanted was to be picked up from the other dealer, JP called to let me know that the black hardtop had been replaced with a white hard top. Because JP had spent time with me and knew that I was ADAMANT about getting exactly the color/type of wrangler that I specified, he went the extra mile and located two others so I would be happy. I ADORE my new Jeep! I am brand loyal when deserving and the Jeep product is entirely so. Thank you JP and Aaron for making this such a postive experience with an excellent outcome. More

I can and picked up the car the next day and it was cleaned up and ready to go. very nice work by the dealer and Aaron. We also love the car and will recommend both the dealer and the car to friends. JP talked with me like a person and didn't monkey me around on money or sell me a vehicle that I didn't want. I got a 2012 200LX, and could not be happier. I WILL COME BACK TO SEE JP WITH OUT A DOUBT. JP is amazing and honest. Couldn't ask for anything better. More
DON"T service your car here! Had work done under warranty! When i picked it up THE NOISE WAS BETTER,BUT NOT GONE! Tyson told me it was the new parts they need to break in.Well 5000 miles and 5 month warranty! When i picked it up THE NOISE WAS BETTER,BUT NOT GONE! Tyson told me it was the new parts they need to break in.Well 5000 miles and 5 months the noise got worse! They misdiagnosed it the first time!!! They fixed the wrong thing!!!!!!!!!! Took it back an they told me "it's out of warranty can't help you". I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE 12 MONTH 12000 MILE warranty on the work that they did ? THE ANSWER I GOT WAS IT NOT THE SAME PROBLEM.STEER CLEAR OF TYSON!!!!! More
We came to Tyson looking to buy a Dodge Challenger. Brad was very helpful and gave us a real test drive. Not like other dealers we went to where they wouldn't even take the stickers off the windows and just was very helpful and gave us a real test drive. Not like other dealers we went to where they wouldn't even take the stickers off the windows and just let us drive more than a mile. It wouldn't have taken much though as a Challenger was what I wanted. We worked out a good deal quickly and Brad stayed late (it looked like the place had closed already) to let us take delivery. This dealer is even smart enough to ask before drilling holes into the front bumper for the license plate mount - which I declined to do, of course. Brad told us they did that before and a customer was very unhappy and they had to replace his front bumper. At least they learned from it. Most dealers still drill holes and mount the front license plate frames on the Challengers before they even sell the cars. I most likely would not have bought the car if they had already mounted the front frame. I have been in for service with the car already for some cosmetic fixes due to poor quality control at the Chrysler plant, and this dealer's service department has always been polite and had great customer service. The only thing - they did not have any R/Ts on the lot when I was there to buy, and sometimes I find myself wishing I had waited for an R/T. But who knows, maybe I'll trade up to an R/T at Tyson if the deal is right More
We came in for a minivan and met JP Vaughan. He knew so much about the vans I assumed he had one himself! We were treated with respect and fairness by JP and his Manager Kenny. I had been to this dealership for service in the past. I was very happy with the overall experience with the service dept. I spoke with JP and he really wasn't interested in finding me the vehicle. He stated this vehicle is usually custom ordered and in his 8 years he has never seen one on the lot, sorry. Well, sorry to you JP. I have found 4 of these vehicles on other car lots in the area and I was willing to order one, but you didn't give me the chance. I guess you didn't need the sale today. More
