I emailed Bill Smith and he got back to me ASAP, I told him what I wanted and the price I wanted to spend. A few days later I picked up my 2012 challenger without ever even visiting the dealership or meeti him what I wanted and the price I wanted to spend. I visited about four other dealerships before choosing to purchase from Tyson, by far they are the most friendliest and created a feeling of zero pressure to make the purchase if I was not ready (or felt I c purchase from Tyson, by far they are the most friendliest and created a feeling of zero pressure to make the purchase if I was not ready (or felt I could not afford the vehicle). Aaron was very sincere and extremely nice; he is an honest and open Sales Manager and does not conduct himself like other managers at other dealerships did. I contacted the dealership via the Internet and I immediately received a response from Bill Smith with information about the car that I had inquired about. I set up a test drive appointment and when I arrived Bill had the keys and the car was parked in front of the dealership ready to go. I told him that I had other cars to test drive and Bill offered to hold the car until I decided. Bill was very low pressure and understood that I wanted to try other vehicles out. The reason I came back and made the purchase was Bill and the way he handled the inquiry/test drive process. The day of the purchase the price that I was provided was the exact price that I paid and the it went quickly. The car was fully detailed and ready to taken home. I could not be happier with how the entire car buying experience went. More
I drove 2.5 hours each way out of state to this dealership after discussing a used SUV over the phone for 2 days with the salesman. He gave me a rough estimate for my trade-in and a price for the dealership after discussing a used SUV over the phone for 2 days with the salesman. He gave me a rough estimate for my trade-in and a price for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. We had agreed on a purchase price and I came with a check in hand. When I got to the dealership everything changed. The salesman went back and forth and kept leaving the room to discuss the price with the sales manager, that I was not allowed to even meet or speak with. It was ridiculous. After 3 hours of this I had enough and decided to leave. A half hour later when I was on my way back home the salesman called and said will you please come back we WILL give you the price you were quoted before. At this point I was so frustrated I told him to forget it and ended up buying the same SUV somewhere else where I didn’t have to deal with games that Tyson Motors likes to play. I would never return to this dealership and would encourage anyone to continue looking elsewhere. They know nothing about customer service or even general respect for people!!!! More
Not impressed with the condition of the car sold. The car was used understandably, but they did not try to fix the damage on the car. Dents and rust on a car less than 5 years old. The inside of the car was clean but not detailed. Salesman was nice but not knowledgeable on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. The trade in value they offered was insulting ($3500 below blue book value). When financing, they tried to upsell Gap coverage that would never benefit us on the small amount we were financing. More

He went through the trade in and made sure all my items were transferred over. He explained each item and how they function. Josh Galiher worked with me and the owner to get the vehicle that I wanted from another dealership. He stayed on the transfer until it arrived at the show room and made sure the additems that we agreed upon were installed and ready for delivery. He was off the next day but had Bill Smith help me with delivery of the vehicle as descriped above More

I was looking for a new 2012 jeep liberty 4x4 in red or green with options suitable to my needs. I visted three dealers and spoke with four additional dealers over the phone. Dealing with people in sales.Some spoke to me in a condescending tone. other where miss informed. I was told by one that I had to buy only what was on his lot. He would not even look for anything else. Some said the options I wanted are not to be found on a jeep already built. I asked if thay would increase the search area and I would pay for shiping Still the same responce. Then one of them said why dont I have one built, she said it would only take 6 to 8 weeks to build. She had a fare price. The wife was at work talking with fellow workers about the jeep , one said did you try Tyson of Shorewood yet. that night I called Tyson and spoke with JP he said to come in and he could match or beat there price. When we arrived we were greeted by JP with a heart felt welcome. WE spoke of the jeep and the build time he told me that the plant would close for chirstmas and would not be 6 to 8 weeks but possible much longer. I could'nt wait that long... we begin to speak of the options I wanted. within ten min he found what I was looking for at another dealers lot!! With the price tag that was right on my mark. Not even 19 hours later It was there for me to pick up. JP seamed to be great family man with good values. I hope he stays in sales. I would buy all my future chyslers from him. Tyson is my kind of place no hassles, gimmicks or scams . Just good service. More
I went to this dealership after visiting one other. I was looking for a tan color 2012 4door Jeep Wrangler. I saw one that I liked on Tyson's website. Although it had already been sold by the time I got ther looking for a tan color 2012 4door Jeep Wrangler. I saw one that I liked on Tyson's website. Although it had already been sold by the time I got there, JP worked with me to explore other options. Since there were none to be had in the color I wanted, I asked him to search for one in white with a black hard top. He located one, worked with me on finacning, and a trade in on my 2005 2door Jeep Wrangler. When the Jeep that I wanted was to be picked up from the other dealer, JP called to let me know that the black hardtop had been replaced with a white hard top. Because JP had spent time with me and knew that I was ADAMANT about getting exactly the color/type of wrangler that I specified, he went the extra mile and located two others so I would be happy. I ADORE my new Jeep! I am brand loyal when deserving and the Jeep product is entirely so. Thank you JP and Aaron for making this such a postive experience with an excellent outcome. More
