I Called the customer service manager Tony in regards to the warranty. Tony did not want to be bothered and did not answer my question. Tony was rude and did not let me finish a sentence. We have bought 2 jeeps from here and never ever will we buy from there again or service any car there ever! We are going to the Jeep dealer elsewhere. So it was something THEY did. They were to call us and advise us when we can come back so they can fix what they did and they never called! So after waiting several days we called today. Just hands down the worst service department ever and you would think someone would come out and apologize or call and apologize. NOPE, nobody every said anything. We called today and they simply said the part is not in. Would of been nice of someone called.
