Oil Change This would’ve been 5 stars as the service has always been great and fair. The only problem I had this time was i made an appointment to get an oil cha This would’ve been 5 stars as the service has always been great and fair. The only problem I had this time was i made an appointment to get an oil change for 10am on your website. The website says it first come first serve but it lets you make the appointment anyways. I received two texts reminding me about my 10am oil change appointment but when I got there they didn’t have my appointment on record and said first come first serve anyways. I had to take a drive to get there so I had to wait for 3 hours until the car could be serviced. Not sure why you let people schedule an appointment on the website if it’s not really an appointment. Like I said before the service has always been great I’m just a little confused on the process. More
