I would rate my experience at the service center of Tynan’s Volkswagen dealership as being exceptional. My vehicle I recently purchased had a recurring problem with a headlight. Upon my arrival I was greeted and directed to a technician to explain the issue. His communication style demonstrated professionalism. He gave a sort of personalized attention that exhibited competency and consistency. He provided reasonableness in accommodating my needs as well. After the headlight was fixed I was left with an impression that everyone and including Jessup in the service center complemented professionalism with their method of attentiveness. More
My drivers' seat not adjusting was the main reason I took the car in for service. Turns out a quarter had dropped into the track the seat rides on - they removed it for free. My front passenger window was acting weird - they found it operating properly and didn't charge me to investigate. I asked to have my tires rotated - they did them for free. They gave me a shuttle ride home and back again with the nicest driver - for free. My armrest lid/cover needs to be replaced - they ordered it and didn't ask for any money up front. Every person smiled at me. No one seemed annoyed to be helping me. Yes, I feel like I hit the customer service jackpot today! Thanks to Tom and everyone else who helped me today. More

Our 2003 Jetta was in for a Synthetic oil change and new ignition key. After 1.5 hours, I checked on what is taking so long as the hood of the car had been up for over an hour and no one on the car. Brian said he would check on it, after a while Brian returned with, "the oil is done and now they are going to work on getting the key programed." after another 25 minutes, Brian indicated the software in the laptop was incorrect and had to be re-booted to the 2003 software. So, 2.5 hours later we walked out happy overall with a car washed, and bill was comped. We like coming to Tynan's and will continue to do so since they made it, "Right", with the bill comped; it could have been a very bad experience. Good save! Kevin Dorsey More

I have had a lot of problems with my car since I got it 5 years ago. Today I had a fuel pump replaced and this was the second time it was replaced in 2 years. Rick was our service manager this time. He went years ago. Today I had a fuel pump replaced and this was the second time it was replaced in 2 years. Rick was our service manager this time. He went above and beyond and took excellent care of us. The part was in quickly, replaced in a few hours and his service was outstanding. More

I've taken my vehicle to Tynan's for service since I bought it, and have always received great customer service. This past time, I went in for an oil change and asked them to refill the coolant, since bought it, and have always received great customer service. This past time, I went in for an oil change and asked them to refill the coolant, since it was low. The coolant had not been refilled, so I took it back a few days later. Rick came out and filled it up himself for no charge, and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. I put a 4 for price. I'm usually satisfied with their service prices, but this last time I had to have a few bulbs replaced, and I thought the labor charge was a little high, though not enough to cause complaint on my part. Everything else, from their quick service to their always friendly and helpful attitude, is worth the only slightly higher cost of taking my Saab to their dealership. More
Cost to replace license plate bulb was too expensive for a simple bulb replacement. Service reset was not comleted by the technician so I will need to call to find out how to do this.
