Above and Beyond We brought our son's car into Tynan's to diagnose a problem another shop was unable to solve. It took some doing, but they did locate the issue. The We brought our son's car into Tynan's to diagnose a problem another shop was unable to solve. It took some doing, but they did locate the issue. They gave our son a loaner car to drive for the weekend so they could look at the car again on Monday and make sure the problem was fixed. Then, they drove our son's car to his work and exchanged cars with him. They realized they had to reprogram the key fob but hadn't reprogrammed his other fob, which is had with him. So they took the fob back to Tynan's and reprogrammed it and brought it back to him. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is! That's why we've purchased three Volkswagens from Tynan's. Thanks Mark, and team, for a job well done. More
