Pleasantly surprised I am in shock how great the service center experience was. I didn’t even have an appointment when I brought my car in. I had multiple issues going on I am in shock how great the service center experience was. I didn’t even have an appointment when I brought my car in. I had multiple issues going on and they are were taken care of urgently. Not only did they drive me to work but gave me a loaner when they realized they might take a bit longer to get my car back to me. Tom was amazing and very communicative of what all was going on with my car and extended warranty. They waved a few fee’s to adjust to my budget. I absolutely would come back let alone recommend this dealership service. More

The usual Jeremy helped me with my leaking water pump. Good service We have had good service from Tynan's service department since we first started with them in 2012. The service this time was no exception at all. Simple little oil change but they took a video of the damage of the bottom of the Golf that we got from the dirt road we live on and we will get it repaired there as soon as we can get it down the road.
