Fixing the new car bugs I was having a few issues with my new Atlas. There was a child car seat attachment recall so I dropped it off quickly. Not a happy customer. I took my brand new Tiguan for a recall fix. When I actually checked to see if recall was fixed, it was not fixed. I was told it was fixed. Trust has been damaged with this dealership for sure. Which sucks because I like the place. That’s why I bought my car there. So now I have to figure out what happened here. Not a happy customer. Great resolution after buy Had a great experience with he service department. Bought a car with a slightly strange noise in the brakes when applied at high speed. Online scheduling needs updating! I was rather disappointed the first time I came in. I scheduled my service online for 4:45 pm and received a confirmation email. When I showed up they I was rather disappointed the first time I came in. I scheduled my service online for 4:45 pm and received a confirmation email. When I showed up they told me that they take the last car at 4 pm, it seemed as though several employees were pushing the issue on to each other and I was left standing there not knowing what was going on. Finally someone explained to me that the usually don’t take appointment for oil changes and that something was wrong with the website which is why I was still able to schedule an appointment for 4:45 even though you don’t take cars after 4. He also said that oil changes are more of a first come first serve kind of thing which would be fine but why was I able to set the appointment for that time and even so why couldn’t someone call and let me know this? My mom also gets her vehicle service at this location and she was able to make an appointment for an oil change no problem. They let me know that they take the last car around 4 and there were no technicians in to help but then on the website it says the service department closes at 6? I did have a better experience when I came in as a walk in and I do appreciate that, however the online scheduling needs to be updated and I did not appreciate the way it was handled the first time. More
Top off fluids The only thing I would change is if you say you filled the fluids, windshield wiper fluid and others, actually fill them. They were bone dry....
