Great experience with my repair! I came in to drop my car off. I had spoke with Mark about getting a loaner car and he assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. I came in and was instant I came in to drop my car off. I had spoke with Mark about getting a loaner car and he assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. I came in and was instantly asked how I could be helped. The service representative pulled up my information and got my car all checked in. Mark then got the loaner for me and I was off on my way. Throughout the time when my car was being repaired, mark remained constant contact with me letting me know what was going on. I got my car back and returned the loaner having no issues with either! Excellent service from this location! More

Service visit My wife took the car in for service Saturday morning and she got the car back in about an hour. Saturday afternoon I took the car to the store and on My wife took the car in for service Saturday morning and she got the car back in about an hour. Saturday afternoon I took the car to the store and on the way home it started to rain. When I turned on the wipers the blade was falling apart and I had trouble seeing out the windshield. I do not understand why they didn't check a basic safety item like wipers and sell her new ones. What else was skipped? Instead of relying on my wife and her remembering what she was and wasn't told I should have reviewed the written report. That is my bad. More
