Great communication I brought my car in for a check engine light which turned out to be a couple days just for the diagnostic part. Throughout the process Mark was great I brought my car in for a check engine light which turned out to be a couple days just for the diagnostic part. Throughout the process Mark was great at communicating what was going on and how much it was going to cost Etc. When my clinical schedule and location became a challenge, Mark was able to secure a loaner car for me which made a huge difference for me and made going on with life as usual even possible. The day that I had the most trouble with communicating with the dealership was actually Mark's day off. More
