Cauther is great! I recently had my 60k preventative maintenance done. I had Cauther help me from start to finish. He was very upfront about costs, prompt in letting me I recently had my 60k preventative maintenance done. I had Cauther help me from start to finish. He was very upfront about costs, prompt in letting me know when I needed additional work, and kept me up to speed with all repairs and work being done. He saved me a little over $200 dollars on all work that was done. Definitely would like to work with him again! More

Service Department Rocks I bought a used 2012 VW Touareg in October 2018. They fixed my seat belt this time after it stopped functioning when the new sunroof was put in. They clarified the seatbelt wasn’t working as a result of a mistake in the sunroof installation and fixes it at no charge. I love ?? these guys. More

I wanted my repairs by VW, Brandon Phifer is the best I've had a lot of work completed at this shop because I want VW parts and most especially, VW trained technicians. My 2002 New Beetle had the majorit I've had a lot of work completed at this shop because I want VW parts and most especially, VW trained technicians. My 2002 New Beetle had the majority of the suspension replaced and it now steers tighter than ever, very nice. My two times working with Brandon have been professional, friendly and very helpful. More
