Service took too long because of mistake. I have had positive experiences with Tynan's in the past, however for this appointment I was very frustrated with the service I received. I was gettin I have had positive experiences with Tynan's in the past, however for this appointment I was very frustrated with the service I received. I was getting my radio fixed and backup light changed and it ended up taking 6 hours. It wasn't until 3 hours into my appointment did the dealer realize that they were performing repairs on the wrong car. I was then told it would only take an hour for them to fix the issue but it ended up taking 3 hours. Thankfully my service was free, but I was very frustrated with how I was treated at Tynan's for this appointment. More
