Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service representative, Jeremy. Very friendly and accommodating. The dealership had a quiet area with WiFi that allowed me to work remotely. There was a delay with service due to prior appointments, but Jeremy was very transparent with the new timeline and communicated well. Offered a free car wash, but it was raining, so they gave me a rain check voucher. No issues. Professional service. More

Oil Change I had requested an oil change and tire rotation. Upon further inspection I was informed that my tires did not need to be rotated at this time and they I had requested an oil change and tire rotation.
