I hate this dealership & it’s service department & I’ve been very vocal about that, however they continue sending me review requests, even though it’s been 2 months since I got my car back so now I’m just been very vocal about that, however they continue sending me review requests, even though it’s been 2 months since I got my car back so now I’m just going to leave a xxxxty review for every request I receive. Matt, the service manager sucks. I’ve worked in customer service my whole career & his attitude toward me & the problems with my car leaves a lot to be desired. I’m still waiting for an email back from him, as well as a call from the GM that Matt said he would make happen. Also waiting for someone to reach out regarding the Google review I left in which a representative responded saying they would review my case & reach out & no one ever did. I gave up hope on anyone caring & I certainly don’t want a call now, but again, since you’re still asking me to leave a review, I’m leaving a review. The last time they had my car, I asked them to fix my driver side window because it rattled & they fixed the rattling, but now the window doesn’t roll down all way, it sticks up about a quarter inch which is just comical at this point. Calysta is the only good thing about that place. She’s always friendly & helpful & acts like she actually cares, which is all I really wanted from anyone. <3 you, Calysta. More
