STILL NO RESOLVEMENT I didn’t have much dealing with Cauther other than checking me in & out. I spent 3 hours at the dealership & not one person spoke to me. I received one text wanting me to approve Cauther other than checking me in & out. I spent 3 hours at the dealership & not one person spoke to me. I received one text wanting me to approve add on sales. Then AFTER I left the dealership, I received a text saying I declined a dented wheel repair which was never brought to my attention. I think the damage might have been caused when the tire was changed, the reason for not telling me while I was there. After calling the service manager, I was offered to replace the wheel without a labor charger. I will not return. More

Just a very typical dealership what we consumers expect these days. A lot of back-and-forth when negotiating pricing and forcing to use their financing for the kickback.
