We brought our 2012 VW Passat in for its 80,000-mile service. We got there about 8:15 in the morning and the car was ready by 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Matt the Service Manager repeatedly lied to me about what they could and would do to solve my problems. They spoke positively about their services but didn’t tell me the negative consequences like the destru they could and would do to solve my problems. If they had been upfront with me I wouldn’t have done the service then. Thankfully God provided me a way home that night. I live abit over 200 miles from Denver. I got home at 1:30 am. I had to miss the Lamar City Council meeting and hearing that I was on the agenda for. (Some people checked on me the next morning to see if I was sick or had an accident.) My car was inoperable for 2.5 to 3 weeks. The price the ending bill stated was about $175.00 more than I thought they had quoted me. I am an older handicapped man on continuous oxygen trying to think clearly 2000 feet higher than home. I felt taken advantage of. (? Elder Abuse?). I will not speak well of Tynan’s after having been through this experience. The phone tree at the dealership is broken and seldom answered. (Or did you just refuse to answer my calls?) More
