Really surprised! I was hesitant to go to a dealer to fix something my neighborhood mechanic could not. Oil Change & Tire Rotation Although it’s posted that it was not necessary to have an appointment, I made one in hopes that my car would be a priority. I arrived on time and asked how long they thought it would take so I could decide whether to hang around or not. I was told a little over 1 hour. It was exactly 2 hours to get my car serviced. It only had 4800 miles so I know there weren’t any extra services that need to be done. It did not seem to be very busy in there so I really didn’t understand why it took so long. And no one ever came out to let me know it would take additional time. More

Avoid this place I took my vehicle for a oil change. After waiting what seemed to be an eternity they finally got it done. I drove home and parked my vehicle on my dri I took my vehicle for a oil change. After waiting what seemed to be an eternity they finally got it done. I drove home and parked my vehicle on my driveway. The next morning I had a huge oil stain on my driveway. I called their "service department" and was told to take my vehicle back in.. Turns out the technician that changed my oil forgot to tighten the drain plug.. Now I have a huge oil stain in my drive way that I can't remove and more than likely will receive a letter from my HOA. I do not recommend them More
