Service dept review Brought my vehicle in to have the brake checked. Ij didn't have an appointment, it was on a Monday and they were busy. He assured me that they would take care of it. To be honest, I thought he would come back and tell me that the brakes need to be replaced. To his credit, he gave me a print out and he relieved my concerns. I should have known that Tynans is an A one company that treats customers fair. More
Ask for Brian Laatsch!! I had asked for Brian Laatsch, the service advisor I had spoken with before. Instead, I got Luke Clearwater. I expected everybody to be equally profes I had asked for Brian Laatsch, the service advisor I had spoken with before. Instead, I got Luke Clearwater. I expected everybody to be equally professional, so I didn't make a fuss. I have never been left feeling so uncomfortable and so uneasy leaving my car with an alleged trusted dealer. My first encounter with Luke, I thought he was snide and very insulting. His tone made me feel low and unintelligent in the way he asked if I had looked under my car lately. From that point on, his condescending and snarky attitude never waived. His unprofessional approach was relentless and it took going to his manager to acquire photos of the damages on my car to submit an insurance claim. He said "that's what the adjuster is for." My insurance company was very busy with other customers and could not send an adjuster very quickly. We had to wait a business week for them to come by. Luke figured he could call my insurance company himself and get them there faster because "he's not making any money with my car just sitting in his parking lot." The adjuster did not come any quicker than he demanded. When he did arrive the next week, Luke was talking to him as he saw me coming into the bay. He walked off after saying, "Oh, well there's the customer." I guess somewhere along the line, I stopped having a name. Each time thereafter that I had to deal with Luke, there was always a "misunderstanding." My loaner car was referred to as a rental and I found out through my insurance company that he had billed them for me using the loaner car while mine was being serviced. (I bought my car here) He insisted that I check my mail immediately to find a check from my insurance company. There was supposed to be a direct payment, so I was not expecting to see a check. Sure enough, that's where my insurance company had failed and there was a check. Luke made me rush to find the issuing bank so that I could cash it. Again, Luke made it clear that Nissan was NOT going to pay for my rental car waiting for the check to clear. I had already secured another rental car and turned in my loaner because he told me my car would be there the next day. The next morning, I called my bank and arranged it so that the money would show immediately available and I attempted to pay Luke. Luke gave me another one his classic, snarly looks and said that there was a "misunderstanding" and that they were "shooting for" my car to be ready that day. He said it could be a few more days if he found any other problems upon inspection. My car was not there and he could not accept payment because he had no completed paperwork. If problems were to arise, then why did he agree to the amount the check was issued for? I told him I already got another rental car and turned in his loaner. Hours later, I got a voicemail from him. Magically, my car was ready. Imagine that. I picked my car up the next day and he mentioned the "misunderstandings" that occurred. NOBODY misunderstood anything. I know what he told me and he kept changing his story to make me the bad customer. I was able to work with Brian upon pick up, as Luke showed me no acknowledgement. Thank GOD!! Brian was so helpful and professional and helped me understand what was going on, what needed to happen and basically all the "aftercare" of getting my car back. He followed up with me after another repair was completed elsewhere and personally worked with me by riding and driving my car to address a different issue. It was a simple fix that was completed within an hour and he drove my car himself to assure that the problem was resolved. While my car was getting washed and detailed, he showed me on another car what mine was doing and where the issue was. My car has been running smoothly even since. Luke would have never done that. He probably would have just told me it was another misunderstanding. I cannot thank Brian enough for helping me get through this stressful ordeal while having my lifeline being out of commission. He took so much weight off of my mind and I was very confident in his ability and desire to take care of me. He is always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. No one better deserves the highest accolades and recognition for outstanding, above and beyond customer service. Brian is a true professional and the kind of person that draws customers back and makes them want to bring their friends to create new customers. Luke needs a replacement and an alignment on his attitude because he will make you feel less than human. I feel like he thinks women shouldn't drive and xxxx me for not noticing my undercarriage damage that gave no indicator of any issues. If only to work with Brian again would I ever go back there. Otherwise, I may never even buy a Nissan again. More

Service Department should be your Last Choice Don't go anywhere near the Service Department. Brought my truck there to have it repaired correctly (after Service King ... recommended by my Insuran Don't go anywhere near the Service Department. Brought my truck there to have it repaired correctly (after Service King ... recommended by my Insurance Company ... completely screwed-the-pooch doing accident repairs to my vehicle) and noted, amongst other things, a shimmy in the front steering wheel. Tynan Nissan confirmed that the front rotors were warped (my hunch as well) and later informed me that this wasn't as a result of the accident and therefore I had to pay for it separately. Was going to argue (shimmy wasn't there before accident) until they informed me that my cost was roughly $120 (thought it was cheap so assumed considering all the other repairs so I thought they were giving me a break). On the way home same shimmy - looked at the invoice (yes ... should've done that when I was paying) and saw they charged me $70 to inspect the brakes and did no repair. Called the Service Manager Luke who said I declined the brake repair ... I DID NOT DECLINE THE BRAKE REPAIR and now paid $70 for nothing. DO NOT HAVE THEM DO ANY REPAIRS TO YOUR VEHICLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. More
