Repair Service & Car purchase We took our Nissan Pathfinder 2002 for repair on 12/28/17 & agreed to pay about $180 for diagnostic. Then we received a call from Nissan that they fou We took our Nissan Pathfinder 2002 for repair on 12/28/17 & agreed to pay about $180 for diagnostic. Then we received a call from Nissan that they found the problem & the service charge is $523. We told them our agreement for the service. Then we received another call and they ask us for additional $2,200 for repair. We say NO for this repair and forced us to pay the $523 for nothing. We found our car in a worst condition and we trade it to buy a new car. Even though we complain to Nissan Tynan's in person, over the phone. and by writing on their web side. Reliable and provides great continuity of care I have been very satisfied with my service experiences at Tynan's. While the dealership is generally more expensive for major repairs than smaller bus I have been very satisfied with my service experiences at Tynan's. While the dealership is generally more expensive for major repairs than smaller businesses, I think there are some hidden savings with purchase of packages such as there 3 oil changes for $99. Surprisingly, I have found the service staff to be honest and help me find the service options that best meet my budget constraints. Overall, I prefer to come here for the continuity in care of my vehicle rather than to go to Jiffy Lube or other service centers. Also, I have noted that there appears to be less turnover in staff than at other service centers. More
