I was extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I came in for a oil change. My car was checked over for problems a couple were found. My previous oil change visit I was told the master cylinder was leaking. I never had it fixed. Yet on this visit no mention of it at all. Seems strange to me. I mentioned it to the service reps and was told oh we can put it back on the rack.. I had been there for almost 2 hours. not happening.. do not know if it was just a bad day or this is the new business model. recognized none of the employees this time around More
Disagree Took my car for mirrow fix after a hit, my mirrow are electrical mirrows and since this was a simple and easy quick fix. Cause the part since somethin Took my car for mirrow fix after a hit, my mirrow are electrical mirrows and since this was a simple and easy quick fix. Cause the part since something that was just a part to assemble. But, when I took the car the other mirrow was perfectly working. And after I get back the car both mirrows wasn't working and after talked with the guy in there he only said it maybe a cable the little motor or something else. So, basically to fine it out I had to pay again for the inspection and plus the repair. Since, I took the car with my mirrow working!! So, basically no reason to pay for any other extra fix that it wasn't just assemble the other mirrow!! More

I brought it in for one issue, and it ended up having 3 or 4 more by the time it was done. He patiently connected with the warranty company and got the charges covered, which helped me a lot. More
