They did just that and kept me well-informed and updated on the progress of my car repairs. Even once the job was done and another problem popped up they came to my rescue. Not trustworthy Went in for warranty work. That was taken care of quickly and easily. Rich was polite, prompt, and informational. However, as has happened twice befor Went in for warranty work. However, as has happened twice before at this dealership, they recommended an extra $1,000 worth of unnecessary work. I then took my car back to my normal place to check it out. As happened the other two times, it was confirmed that work did not need to be done. I will never use this dealership for anything but warranty work because they cannot be trusted. More

Before doing anything extra he let me know and gave options before I made a decision. I really like the fact that he didn't come to me with a long list things that he felt like had to be done.
