Diego I want to apologize for your experience with Rich. He should not have responded "good luck with that". Regarding the issue with your navigation, back up camera and the radio unit not working, when one purchases a brand new car they do so knowing the manufacturer has a warranty to protect customers in case something breaks. Unfortunately the evidence of the coins that were inserted inside the unit make replacement under warranty impossible. So that you are aware, Nissan pays the dealership for any repairs covered under warranty. We had no reason to reject your warranty claim as it would not have been in our best interest.
