Richard did not address my issue with the shaking engine and told me that I never mentioned it which I did. I cannot go without my car for another week. He also proceeded to argue with me on the phone. Better notes should be taken. Extremely unprofessional. I want this fee waived and the problem to be looked at. I also would like a different advisor that knows proper communication skills and owns a mistake when they make one. More

But instead of a friendly hello, and have a nice day customer service attitude, she came across as if I was bothering her. Regarding the dealership. I was there because you sent me a $19.99 coupon for an oil change. The total came to a little under $29. There was a charge there for an inspection and who knows what other charges. I think, if you advertise for $19.99 the charge should be $19.99 plus tax and maybe disposal or whatever. But not 50% more than the advertised price. I had another coupon for a different place for $21.99. And I have done my oil change there before and it was the coupon price plus approximately a couple dollars more. So I figured at your place, I would pay $19.99 plus a couple dollars more, not 50% more. So the whole thing came across dishonest. The receipt was difficult to understand. But the guy who took my keys, had great customer service. Was very friendly. I also went to the car dealership side and looked at new Nissans. Even though my Rogue only has about 12,000 miles, it's a 2017. So I was thinking that it might be time to start looking at new cars. But after the tricky pricing I received from a simple oil change, I worried that the car dealership side could be similar. So I will probably wait until my car has closer to 20,000 miles. More
