Very disappointed in the service. They usually wash my car, they didn’t. I needed air in my tires and I know they knew it cause I have an alert saying low tire pressure. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can take a long time to get a service appointment (2+ weeks). My service advisor was great and went above and beyond to be helpful, and managed to squeez take a long time to get a service appointment (2+ weeks). My service advisor was great and went above and beyond to be helpful, and managed to squeeze me in earlier than my scheduled appointment because my service engine light came on and I didn't want to risk further damaging the vehicle by continuing to drive it until my scheduled appointment. We wrapped up some outstanding “due-outs” on two new car sales. Mindy and May were very helpful in assisting with wrapping these up for us.
