We LOVE Tynan's Nissan Aurora After shopping around for AWD SUV's, we determined that the Nissan Pathfinder was the best fit.. Now, all we needed to do was to find the exterior and interior color combination as well s the options that we wanted. After shopping at other Nissan dealerships, we were getting ready to settle for something in stock. However, after calling Tynan's Nissan Aurora, we were told that they could LOCATE the EXACT vehicle we wanted, have it shipped to their dealership, and have the vehicle ready for delivery with 10 days. And that is what happened. We are so very glad that we waited. What a difference to get EXACTLY what you want. And the PROFESSIONALISM that sales manager Jordan Michaud exhibited was extraordinary. I was not planning to buy or lease an electric car when I visited Tynan' Nissan in one early morning in September 2013. That morning I met with Jordan Michaud, the general sales manager of Tynan's and he gave me such a great deal on leasing my Leaf that I couldn't refuse. After my lease was up in 2016, I decided to buy my Leaf. Jordan again gave me another exceptional deal. I recently learned that Nissan upgraded the Leaf capacity by 50 more miles, so I went to Jordan to reserve my 2018 Leaf. He as always took great care of me. Based on my experience charging my car there often, I have noticed that Tynan's salespeople are very informative, but not pushy. All salespeople treat me with respect and I feel that I am always welcome there. I congratulate Markus Kamm, the Director of Sales of Tynan's for empowering his employees to provide such an excellent customer service. Tynan's Service is another area I would like to elaborate. Under the leadership of Jason Simons, service manager, I have always received a great service at the very reasonable cost. All his staff are kind, courteous, and caring.
