Oil Change & Tire Rotation Although it’s posted that it was not necessary to have an appointment, I made one in hopes that my car would be a priority. I arrived on time and aske Although it’s posted that it was not necessary to have an appointment, I made one in hopes that my car would be a priority. I arrived on time and asked how long they thought it would take so I could decide whether to hang around or not. I was told a little over 1 hour. It was exactly 2 hours to get my car serviced. It only had 4800 miles so I know there weren’t any extra services that need to be done. It did not seem to be very busy in there so I really didn’t understand why it took so long. And no one ever came out to let me know it would take additional time. More
