What we have here is "failure to communicate" We had previously submitted a five star review on this dealer, but now it is reduced to 3 stars. We went to the DMV to register our new vehicle. An We had previously submitted a five star review on this dealer, but now it is reduced to 3 stars. We went to the DMV to register our new vehicle. And guess what? We were sent the wrong paper work. Two hours + 30 minutes wasted. A phone call to Tynan's led to the correct forms/title being sent or delivered to the DMV. So now we make a second trip to the DMV and the vehicle is successfully registered. Tynan's claimed the paper work was sent; and they received a form indicating it was never picked up. If this is true, a simple phone call or email would have helped. In any event, we had a major breakdown in communications. We had a great sales experience, but admin service after the sale was missing in action. More
