My only word of advice would be when a customer asks to speak to the Service Manager, 1) it’s not always negative and 2) don’t make a comment in passing like “ well he isn’t going to come out here to talk to him, he has to go to him!” Either way I would recommend your service department to anyone! Worthwhile The typical image for a dealership is painted with money hungry salesmen, but that is the complete opposite at Tynan's. They don't have to tell you it The typical image for a dealership is painted with money hungry salesmen, but that is the complete opposite at Tynan's. They don't have to tell you it is a family owned business because they show it. Every single one of the staff was kind, and their main concern was our comfort whether it was making sure we were cool on a hot summer day or making sure we knew everything there was to know about purchasing our vehicle. Our salesman Robert was especially friendly and he made sure to constantly remind me "I don't want to spend your money." If you are looking into purchasing a vehicle at Tynan's I 100% recommend that you request him to be your salesman. I can't exactly put into words how grateful we are that he made the experience a lot less scarier and daunting than it usually is. More
