Good selling tactics but not followed through Was promised to get a free item/servuce as part of the negotiation. Even handwritten on the pricing sheet by the sales person. Then, I was debating between Subaru and Nissan and Nissan sales person offered additional 500 off, which made me come back to the dealership and purchase a new car. At the end, when the time came to pay, I was told that I am not getting the previously negotiated item since I got 500 off. Definitely didn't sit right. Wrong tactics! More

Brake problems I was pretty concerned about the brakes on my car— I’d just gotten the booster replaced and the brakes felt different.
