Takes advantage of women that don't know about cars! They covered their xxxxx but I replaced a motor and switch for $1100.00 that didn't need replaced for my window. I came in per a recall notice, after representatives had refused to abide by the recall notice. I spent the time in the dealership in a tiny, crowded waiting room in the midst of this pandemic, when the rec refused to abide by the recall notice. I spent the time in the dealership in a tiny, crowded waiting room in the midst of this pandemic, when the recall stated I was entitled to a loaner. When I left, I realized that my steering wheen had lost major functions. When I addressed the situation, the rep said it was already broken and wasn't their fault. After going to corporate, the manager called and still made me pay nearly $300 for the repair. While I have restored function, the service was poor, and the pricing unjustified, and I am now $300 in the hole because they didn't want to take responsibility. So much for the familial values of Nissan. More
