I checked Tylers used auto's on their website and sent a request to drive a vehicle..3 days later nobody contacted me nor did they update their cars that have been sold.. She never mentioned throughout this negotiation process that the vehicle had many scratches. I decided to go up there to see what the condition really was, at this point I had already applied for financing! I was close to buying, and when I showed up Julie looks at me and says "Sorry, I didn't realize the Jeep was waiting on parts. You can't drive it, but you can look at it." LMAO, are you for real? So it doesn't run? What was the price based on then? These people are morons, and the sales force obviously doesn't know the condition of the cars, even up to the point of purchase! AVOID TYLER AUTOMOTIVE!!! More
