I checked Tylers used auto's on their website and sent a request to drive a vehicle..3 days later nobody contacted me nor did they update their cars that have been sold.. So I went down there and as sent a request to drive a vehicle..3 days later nobody contacted me nor did they update their cars that have been sold.. So I went down there and as usual they tried to sell me a car at a bigger price then what I had anticipated. Only one car was there that I seen online and it wasn't anything like they say it was.. JUNK!! Now I see why people are writing bad reports on them.. I should have listen!! Bottom line if your looking for a cheap beater go to Craigslist.. You have a better chance of getting a better car then going to Tyler's!! More
These people are idiots, and you will most likely get scammed. Julie Olsen handled my online inquiry on a 2006 Jeep Cherokee. She spent about a week discussing price negotiations and even texted me pics scammed. Julie Olsen handled my online inquiry on a 2006 Jeep Cherokee. She spent about a week discussing price negotiations and even texted me pics of the vehicle (I live an hour away, so visiting was tough). She never mentioned throughout this negotiation process that the vehicle had many scratches. I decided to go up there to see what the condition really was, at this point I had already applied for financing! I was close to buying, and when I showed up Julie looks at me and says "Sorry, I didn't realize the Jeep was waiting on parts. You can't drive it, but you can look at it." LMAO, are you for real? So it doesn't run? What was the price based on then? These people are morons, and the sales force obviously doesn't know the condition of the cars, even up to the point of purchase! AVOID TYLER AUTOMOTIVE!!! More
