Quick service and resolution My battery was failing and I called around for different prices and Two Rivers Ford was, by far, cheaper. They replaced my battery, took the old one, My battery was failing and I called around for different prices and Two Rivers Ford was, by far, cheaper. They replaced my battery, took the old one, cleaned up the terminals, and had me out the door in 30 minutes (I was expected several hours and a much higher cost). Very happy. More
Service Repair We have been using Two Rivers Ford Mt. Juliet for 4 years and Charles has always taken great care of us. My engine light came on and I took it in and also got an oil change. Charles took great care of us and worked with us on the time. We have a special needs child and depend on the high quality of service maintenance on our vehicle and the time it takes to be repaired. Charles is a great person to interact with and will always take care of you. You won't find better service than with Charles to fix your vehicle. Professional, courteous, and prompt! After another local dealership dropped the ball on a service appointment, Two Rivers saved the day! I needed to buy a 2nd key and have it programmed. Two Rivers got me in right away, had the job done in about 20 minutes, and I paid less than I would have at the other dealership! Everybody I encountered here was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a great customer service experience. Highly Recommend I bought a slightly used Ford Fusion Titanium in 2014 from Tom Phillips and from the time I purchased it I have been totally taken care of. The buyin I bought a slightly used Ford Fusion Titanium in 2014 from Tom Phillips and from the time I purchased it I have been totally taken care of. The buying experience was pleasant, not pressured at all which was a great relief and after I purchased the car Mr. Phillips took all the time I needed to help me get familiar with the car. He also encouraged me to stop by anytime if I had any other questions or concerns. I actually live about 75 miles away but still take my car back for its oil changes and checkups. I have had a few questions, this latest being about how my phone and the car were not working together, and Mr. Phillips has never made me feel inadequate for asking them and has always given me the help that I needed. He is very friendly and helpful and represents Two Rivers Ford in the best possible way. More
Car repair Had an engine alert on way to Nashville Saturday morning. As I would need the car several times that weekend, called to see if service was open on Sat Had an engine alert on way to Nashville Saturday morning. As I would need the car several times that weekend, called to see if service was open on Saturday. Confirmed that it was and immediately took car to service. Was told there was no service tech for Hybrids but they would still check it out. Later informed fault was found and part was on its way from Nashville. I was done in a little over 2 hours and was told it may be longer than 3 hours. All was good. When I left, one signal light only worked intermittently. I thought maybe something got bumped in service. Took car back and they found a bad bulb in signal light and fixed it Very good service! Garold Miller More
