Two Rivers sales AND service ROCKS! I have been going to Charles Moyer for service on my Ford Expedition for nearly 10 years. He has always been professional and so very helpful. I know I have been going to Charles Moyer for service on my Ford Expedition for nearly 10 years. He has always been professional and so very helpful. I know a lot of people complain that they don't trust mechanics but I trust Charles and recommend him to anyone who says that. I just bought a new Escape from John Q and am just as delighted with the follow up service as I was with my Expedition. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about both men. More

Two Rivers Ford is a dealership that you can trust to do way they say for a very reasonable price. John Q asked me to try thier service department even though I own another manufactures vehicle. If there ever is a problem, their motto is "The customer is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR COMPANY. The service department has taken care of a problem that occurred shortly after the warranty expired because they felt that it was a factory defect. They stated that the part failed prematurely, that it should have lasted much longer. I know of no other dealer/service department that would admit that a part failed "before it's time" and correct the problem without having the customer pay for the repair that was out of warranty. Please note, I have purchased several new cars over the years. More so than average. More
