I bought my first Ford ever in January 2024. It was a 2017 Ford escape with 57,000 miles on it. John Q was my salesman and he was a super nice gentleman. My son Shawn was with me. Shawn and John Q tried to set up my phone to GPS and it wouldn’t work. John Q said he would have it replaced. Evidently they updated it and it still doesn’t work right. It goes black and doesn’t come back on. They had my car in the shop several times before they even updated the GPS. Then my engine went out and they replaced it. Then my grandson was driving me to a baseball game and the car started making a horrible noise and we got off the interstate and checked under the car and couldn’t see anything and the noise was gone. Several days later my son was driving me to a ballgame in Kingston Springs and it started again. We stopped at a service station and couldn’t see anything. We went to the ballgame and on the way home it started again only louder. He pulled over on the interstate, in the dark and got under the car and there’s a piece that covers the underside of the car that come loose after they replaced the engine. My son pulled it off and put in the back end of my car. I called them and they put the same piece back on there. Evidently it should have been replaced. My brother drove me to an appointment and went to pick something up for me and it was making a loud noise he pulled into Gateway Tires in Murfreesboro and they checked and it was the same piece that they had replaced. I called this morning to your service center and ask for Chuck and the gentleman said he’s right here and put me through to him. I was on hold over 13 minutes and no one picked up. I have left a message for John Q. But I shouldn’t have to go through him to get someone in your service center. Linda carie More
2 FACE FORD June 19th I attempted to get an alignment on my vehicle and had slight wire showing on my front tires but the rears were new so I wanted to preserve them. I had 2 tires in my garage and intended my vehicle and had slight wire showing on my front tires but the rears were new so I wanted to preserve them. I had 2 tires in my garage and intended on changing the fronts. As the alignment is being done, a frantic woman called from Two Rivers. Her name was Mikayla, she continued to tell me alarmingly that all four tires were worn to the wire and that I need new tires immediately, she added that an alignment would be redundant and unnecessary. I had just put the back tires on 60 miles ago ($800) and was in shock. I told her and she said “they were so badly out of alignment that the highway just ate them up”. She continued and sent pictures of all 4 tires “apparently”. Sure enough, the tires were to the wire. I told her to continue with the alignment and hurried to the dealership. On the way there, I noticed the four pictures were of the same two tires and was EXTREMELY pissed at the fact that my entire day was ruined because some dealership was trying to screw me. I was currently on vacation and just wanted to get my tires aligned without the drama. As I arrive, I speak to Mikayla and she continues to lie about the event, I find this even more infuriating that she thinks im an imbecile. I take her to the car and she proceeds to say there’s wire, holding her original stance. I ask where, she says she found it as she feels around. and sure enough, it was not there as I pointed out. Then I show her the pictures and ask about the suspension on two pictures that control the steering, she confirms it is the front tires. Then, I show her the 3rd picture of a tire that has a 255 width imprinted on the tire. (My tires are staggered, backs are 275). She then realized she had been caught in her lie as she goes blood red and can’t look me in the eyes. I ask for the guy in charge and she gets “chris”, obviously not in charge on a Friday at 4:30. He was adversarial at best and told me to “get on with it, get to the point whats the issue. I don’t usually talk to people about these things” More wonderful customer service. He was intent on bulling through the situation and backing me down until I clearly showed him he screwed up. Then he says “oh Mikayla didn’t know what she was talking about, the technician didn’t say that”. Funny enough, Mikayla said she took the pictures WITH the technician. So what’s really going on here? I’m sure nobody will ever know since they speak out of both sides of their mouth. I even reached out to their team about the situation and was blown off. Avoid this place. Stereotypically sleazy dealership. I can go on and on about this. It was embarrassing as a first time customer of theirs that loves Fords and even spoke about buying a new Mustang they had on the lot earlier in the day. More
