When the single vehicle I was looking for had been sold earlier that day, he did not waste my time nor his trying to sell me something else or one that was more expensive. When we could not find the trim package at first, he was willing to let me leave because they didn't immediately have what I wanted. After checking with other sales staff, one more truck (like I was looking for) was available back in clean-up on a deal that did not close. He took care of getting accessories (i.e., bedliner, soft top cover, rubber mats) installed with no issues. I even got a paint scratch repaired that happened on the lot before signing the papers. The process was very smooth and low pressure. Other Ford dealers (both locally & out-of-state) that I checked with during the purchase process did not show the same customer interest & courtesy that I received at Two Rivers Ford.
