We already had two Acura's, and weren't in a big hurry to buy a truck; we just wanted to move past looking online at pictures and websites. We started by looking all over Nashville; Beaman, Carmax, Action, Crown Ford, etc. We were roped into looking at Crown Ford's inventory by some big "sale" they were advertising; turns out the sale prices included rebates and incentives that were probably wouldn't get. We looked closely at Titans, Tundras, F150 (used and new) with everything from basic 20k models upwards of 50k new trucks. Let me stop for a sec by mentioning that one big factor for us is how fast someone decided to at least say hi; my wife and I wore very casual clothes (jeans and t-shirts), to keep folks from making a decision to help us on how we dressed. Funny how much difference it makes when you wear a t-shirt vs slacks, huh? Nissan was, and is always, the worst for lack of attention; we wandered around Action Nissan for almost 30 minutes; we could see some "sales" people hanging around inside, and no one came out to help. By the time we got to Two Rivers Ford (we live in Mount Juliet), it was about 6pm, and we were pretty much fed up with sloppy sales people and fast talking dealerships. Kevin Collins (our eventual sales person), came out immediately, greeted us in a relaxed manner, asked a couple of simple questions to see what direction we were going, then led us personally around to the F150's. We stopped and looked in and out of about 30 trucks, back and forth, for about 2 hours; they don't keep their vehicles unlocked, meaning Kevin went out of his way to retrieve keys for us to look. We went from looking at a good, late model XLT used to finally deciding on a new FX4. It didn't stop there; even when it started pouring rain, Kevin put on a rain coat and went out to get the vehicles we wanted to finalize on, ran numbers several times for us to get what we wanted for our trade, and then stayed with us until 9PM (an hour after they closed) to warmly welcome us into our new truck. He also went out of his way in the next few days to get our truck cleaned for us at our convenience, then picked up the truck himself from our house on Monday to get the bed liner sprayed in! Kevin and all the staff at Two Rivers really impressed us with how polite, relaxed, knowledgeable and welcoming they all were. I never felt that they were being insincere; they felt like neighbors to me. I plan to drop off some ribs and beverages to those fine folks in return for what I felt was a great experience. Take your time when you shop; but make sure you make time for Two Rivers and Kevin Collins. More

Abe made the experience enjoyable and I feel he gave us a great deal on our purchase. He is incredibly friendly and works hard to make sure you see all the options laid out for you. Once your vehicle is selected he really goes to work getting the best possible deal for you explaining all the money saving incentives carefully. Two Rivers Ford has always been good to me and Abe is a shining example of why they are the best dealership in the area. More

When we arrived at the dealership Abe greeted us as we approached the doors, and immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. Unlike our previous experience, Abe listened to our needs and wants and found the perfect vehicle for us. Mr. Khan worked tirelessly with the finance office to ensure that we drove off with the vehicle of our dreams, and at a payment and interest rate my husband and I were happy with. I would recommend Two Rivers Ford to anyone looking for a great vehicle without the hassle you find at other dealerships, and Abe is definitely the man to see. More

I appreciated the product knowledge & courtesy in dealing with John Q through the purchase process. John Q walked the entire lot looking for the particular trim package I wanted. When the single vehicle I was looking for had been sold earlier that day, he did not waste my time nor his trying to sell me something else or one that was more expensive. When we could not find the trim package at first, he was willing to let me leave because they didn't immediately have what I wanted. After checking with other sales staff, one more truck (like I was looking for) was available back in clean-up on a deal that did not close. He took care of getting accessories (i.e., bedliner, soft top cover, rubber mats) installed with no issues. I even got a paint scratch repaired that happened on the lot before signing the papers. The process was very smooth and low pressure. Other Ford dealers (both locally & out-of-state) that I checked with during the purchase process did not show the same customer interest & courtesy that I received at Two Rivers Ford. John Q at Two Rivers was a pleasure to deal with. I would consider him & Two Rivers Ford again when looking for another vehicle. More
I am in love! With the car! I was looking at used Mustangs since i had wrecked my Explorer. I had owned a Mustang a little over 10 years ago and missed it. i started speaking and I was looking at used Mustangs since i had wrecked my Explorer. Great Experience We came into the dealership looking for a used Ford Explorer Sportstrak. Found one in the rear of the building that had not been cleaned up yet. Asked about the truck, drove it, and found that a problem with the Transmission existed. John Q helped with the negotiation of the money needed for the transmission to be fixed. We were written a check for the amount we needed for a friend to fix the problem. Everything worked out and I have been happy with my vehicle for three years. I would return to Two Rivers Ford and ask for John Qualkenbush (Q for short). Thanks for making our experience a good one. More
