Kevin let us drive a vehicle of our choice and we discussed what I was in need of and my price range on a lease. He took my info and came out with a price that was acceptable with NO back and forth and trying the bait and switch! It was a great experience, and the first time in my life of buying vehicles that I did not have to get upset or restate my needs! When I picked up the car the next day, it was ready for me and they offered me a fair price on my trade-in! The whole experience was outstanding! More

I also feel like the terms of the deal were fair for everyone; I really didn't price shop much ahead of time, but was less concerned by bottom-line price than value anyway. Following the sale Lonnie did a nice job of explaining all of the features of the truck and making sure that I was still pleased with my purchase two days later. The fact that he asked how I felt about the purchase several days later really showed that he, and the dealership, aren't just looking for quick sales, but they are focused on long-term reputation. First Time Buyer I came to Two Rivers Ford knowing the exact vehicle I wanted. At these other dealers, I noticed what some would term sneaky car salesman tactics and price gouging. I was very dissatisfied and expecting the worst when I came to Two Rivers Ford. I was pleasantly surprised. The price Two Rivers Ford offered was extremely fair and exactly what I had in mind based on the vehicle's value, unlike the other dealers I had previously visited. The only real negotiation I had to do was on my trade-in. I felt my trade-in was being undervalued based on the blue book value, after mentioning this, a value closer to what I had researched was agreed on. No sneaky tactics were used, and I felt I could trust the people I worked with. I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service. I am glad I came here to buy my first vehicle and would come here first for my next Ford vehicle. Thanks Dean and the rest of the staff! More
